OFFICIAL RULES: The Ultimate Fan Experience (“Sweepstakes”)

SPONSOR: Panorama Travel Solutions, LLC,  6277 Sea Harbor Drive, Orlando FL 32821 ("Sponsor").

ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older. Employees of Sponsor as well as its subsidiaries or affiliated entities and their immediate family members (regardless of where they reside) or household members, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. "Immediate family members" shall mean spouses, parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, and their respective spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year.  Must not be a previous Travel + Leisure GO member. Limit one entry per person, regardless of entry method. Void where prohibited by law including Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin islands and other commonwealths, territories and possessions. 

ENTERING: Sweepstakes begins 10 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 1, 2023, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on June 30, 2023. Entries can be made by signing up online at https://go.travelandleisure.com/v6/register?refer=FCBSWEEP30 (a “Website”) where you will be prompted to fill out the enrollment form for a 30-day free trial to Travel + Leisure GO.  Enrollment form must be complete to be eligible. All entries must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on June 30, 2023 to be eligible. Alternative Method of Entry: If you do not wish to enroll in the free trial during the Sweepstakes period, you may do so by  mailing a 3”x 5” card with your name, address, phone number, valid email address and Keyword: Ultimate Fan Sweepstakes to Sponsor’s address, Attn: Marketing Dept., 6277 Sea Harbor Drive, Orlando FL 32821. All entries must be received on or before June 30, 2023. Limit one entry per person, regardless of entry method.   

PRIZE: One person will receive two (2) VIP tickets to the FC Barcelona vs. Real Madrid game on Saturday, July 29, 2023 at the AT&T Stadium near Dallas, Texas (approximate retail value $1,400 USD), Travel credits with Travel + Leisure GO in the amount of $2,699 (USD), and The Ultimate Fan Package which includes a FC Barcelona Jersey and more swag including a GoPro, backpacks, water bottles, scarves, and hats (approximate retail value $900 USD). Travel credits are valid for one-time use only and are to be used towards a 3-night accommodation and round-trip airfare. Advanced reservation required, based on availability at time of booking. Prize has no cash value and guest is responsible for meals, ground transportation, gratuities, incidental charges, additional baggage fees and resort fees. Prize may only be applied to reservations booked when calling the provided phone number in the Winner’s letter. All amounts are represented in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Any unused portion is non-refundable. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided.  All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion. 

WINNING: One winner will be selected by random electronic drawing from all eligible entries conducted by Sponsor on or about 10 a.m. ET on July 7, 2023, at the corporate offices. Winner does not have to be present to win. If prize is not claimed within 24 hours of notice and announcement, it will be awarded in a subsequent random electronic drawing and successively to a second alternate winner if necessary. If a prize is unclaimed by the winner and both alternate winners, it will remain unawarded. To receive the prize, Winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Authorization and Release by July 14, 2023, which includes consent to use of name, photo, likeness, and city and state of residence by the Sponsor(s) for purposes of advertising, publicity and promotion, without additional compensation or permission, unless prohibited by law. This Affidavit of Authorization and Release must be notarized. If the Affidavit of Authorization is not returned within the required timeframe an alternate winner will be drawn and notified by email and successively to the second alternate winner if necessary.  Winner is responsible for any income tax or tax withholdings resulting from prize award. 

ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend upon number of eligible entries received.

GENERAL RULES: Sponsor(s) reserve the right at their sole discretion to modify, terminate or suspend all or a portion of this Sweepstakes should non-authorized human interference, fraud, printing errors, internet viruses, hackers or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor(s) corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor(s) assume no responsibility for lost, late, or illegible entries. Sponsor(s) are not liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from acceptance or use of prize(s) or participation in this Sweepstakes. For a winner’s list, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Travel + Leisure GO Marketing Department, RE: The Ultimate Fan Experience, 6277 Sea Harbor Drive, Orlando, FL 32821 before August 31, 2023.

PRIVACY: When you register for the Travel + Leisure GO 30-day free trial, we collect personally identifiable information including your name and email address.  The information that you provide will be added to a centralized Sponsor database and you will simultaneously be registered for Sponsor's other websites as well.  Your email address will not be sold or rented to third parties.
